If I could put zero stars I would. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. House keeping banged on the door a little after 8am every morning. The staff was never at the desk and if I needed something I had to stand there for 5-20 minutes. They are all together rude and unwelcoming. One of the staff members was with his wife in the conference room breastfeeding their baby while I stood there waiting to get help. So disappointed.

We were traveling through going home. Decided to stay, so we booked reservation online. The lady at the front desk was nice, the hotel looked clean and had a good smell (because that is a game changer if it stinks). We then go to our room, it looks older and I became concerned. But, when the air conditioner was COLD, very clean and then I took a shower and the water pressure was amazing. Thank you comfort Inn for a great stay!

Very fluffy pillow, very spacious room with a sitting nook between the beds and bath. Sitting nook had an angled sofa with two ottomans. Plenty of seating. Quite a few outlets as well, which is always nice. Very clean. Delicious, simple, free breakfast in the morning and had working wifi.

There were left over dirty, crusty towels in the bathroom leading me to believe it hadn't been cleaned properly. The hotel manager, Shannon, was friendly; offering 500 hotel points or $11 back to my card..... The rest of the room seemed fine. Breakfast was the typical decent hotel food. I hope they do better at checking/cleaning the rooms after check out.

The location - right off of the 40. Staff - very friendly and professional. Dog friendly hotel with even a small doggie area available. Lots of like travelers - felt very safe.

We booked this room as it was on the way to our final destination, and we are choice members. The value was great and so was the room. Everything was clean, the breakfast was fine, our room was quiet and we experienced no problems at all. We would definitely stay here again
